Bob’s Red Mill first reached out to Pickles & Honey in 2016 to represent Massachusetts in their “50 States of Cookies” campaign and press tour. The goal was to set aside politics and celebrate our country’s diversity in cookie form, while also promoting Bob’s time-honored technique of traditional stone milled flour.
The recipe we developed—a Vegan Boston Cream Pie Cookie—and accompanying photography resonated so strongly with the Bob’s Red Mill audience that it outperformed all 49 other states.
Over the years, Pickles & Honey has communicated Bob’s foundational story through continued recipe development and photography for their website and social media channels, with cross-promotion on Pickles & Honey’s blog and social media.
