If there were ever a post title that would grab my attention, it would be this one. I used to be a year-round popsicle and ice cream fiend, and then this past winter in Boston happened. Not even the toastiest fleece socks, coziest oversized sweaters, and biggest mugs of tea could keep me warm enough to indulge. Now that we’re officially in summer and it’s finally HOT outside (nearing 100 where we are in Idaho!), I’m craving frozen treats big time.
