When I think of Cinco de Mayo food, I think of margaritas. And maybe chips and salsa. But mostly margaritas. Also, avocado, lime, cilantro, and bright, summery ingredients. And tequila.

  3. Amanda! I did a similar cucumber-avo soup as an appetizer a while ago and it was a hit.
    Love these ideas. They’d do well for a Mom’s Day brunch, too….
